Crossroads RC&D works to help members within the community or multiple-communities complete projects. While our services are wide-ranging, a general idea of what we do can be seen below.
- Project Coordination – We help groups organize themselves and coordinate with other organizations to accomplish communal projects.
- Training Opportunities – Crossroads provides grant-writing and fundraising training opportunities.
- Grant-Writing and Administration – We can assist in finding, writing and administering grants to sponsor your projects.
- Natural Resource Technical Expertise – Crossroads has the resources to connect local groups with the people they need to reach their goals. Whether it is a university professor, an engineer, a local producer or anywhere in between, Crossroads can help bridge that distance.
- Fundraising – Crossroads can help you formulate a fundraising plan.
- Strategic Planning/Board Development – We can help your board or organization plan for the future.
- Informational Resource – Even if you just need advice about proceeding with a project within your community, we can get help you get the information you need.
- Project Planning – Crossroads RC&D can help you plan the best way to tackle a project.
- Facilitation – We can assist groups in facilitating meetings, informational gatherings, etc.
- Fiscal Sponsor – Crossroads can track funding and, as a not-for-profit, any donation made to crossroads for your project is tax deductible.
- Revolving Loan Fund – The RLF can help small or new businesses by lending up to $50,000. More information is available on the publications and projects pages or by contacting the office.
