This document is the long range plan for Crossroads Resource Conservation and Development Council Inc. It was developed by soliciting public input through a survey of 600 community leaders in the 12 county area served by Crossroads RC&D. In addition to the survey results, phone interviews were conducted, and local council members provided guidnace on the development of this plan.
